Terms of Use and Agreements
1. Once the written confirmation is received, the guest is entitled to the type of accommodation requested. (Email preferred, possibly by fax or postcard)
2. Bookings may be canceled by the guest up to 10 days before the arrival date.
3. If the cancellation or withdrawal is done within the specified time limits, no fees will be charge to the guest.
4. For larger bookings, the period may be extended, and a reasonable down payment may be applied. This is be asked by the guest at the inquiry.
5. For non-arrival or cancellation less than 7 days before arrival the guest will be charged reasonable compensation fee up to 80% of the room rate for the time booked.
6. Cancellation must be reach in a written form, email is sufficient.
7. The room pictures on this site are examples of the interior. The facilities of the other rooms are all equivalent.
8. If the room is used inappropriate increased cleaning costs may incurred, and an additional cleaning fee will be required.
9. Check in beginning at 16:00 clock. Other shedulde by prior arrangement.
10. Check out by 10:00(AM) clock.
11. For reservations at least one week before arrival, the room rate is to be paid by bank transfer. Our bank details can be found in the imprint. Available after receipt of a door-PIN, you go to your room, no matter what time you will arrive late.
